Is there really a free tier?
Yes. Solo gives you the full mentor workflow for up to two mentees, no time limit. It exists so you can evaluate without scheduling a call.
Do my mentees pay anything?
No. Mentees are invited into a mentorship by their mentor at no cost. Billing is on the mentor side.
What AI model is behind the AI features?
Claude Opus 4.7 for plan generation and progress reports. Claude Sonnet 4.6 for routine summaries and action-item extraction. Both via the Anthropic API.
Where is my data stored?
Multi-tenant MongoDB with per-tenant data isolation: every per-tenant query is scoped by organizationId from the authenticated principal, and compound indexes lead with the same. On the roadmap: regional residency for Program accounts and a self-hosted option for white-label customers.
How does the HRIS webhook work?
Your HR system POSTs JSON to /api/triggers/hris with an HMAC-SHA256 signature in the X-HRIS-Signature header. We verify the signature against a per-org shared secret, run a vendor-specific adapter to translate the payload into a vendor-neutral event, and create a trigger queue item. PIP triggers route to an isolated coach pool — never mixed with career-development matching, per the handbook's anti-pattern guidance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period and you keep access until then. You can export your data at any time.
